Dr. Dolan trained at one of the foremost oral and maxillofacial surgery programs in the country. She received her MD from University of Florida. In addition, Dr. Dolan received her DDS at University of Michigan and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society for her achievements in academics and leadership. She also completed a Master of Public Health in Hospital and Molecular Epidemiology, Master of Health Service Administration in Health Management and Policy, and Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, all at University of Michigan.

Dr. Dolan finished her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, as well as her General Surgery internship year, at University of Florida Health in Jacksonville, FL. During residency she developed a reputation for her meticulous attention to detail. She completed thousands of procedures during her six years of residency. In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Dolan has a husband, two children, and a Pomeranian who she loves spending her time with. She is an avid hiker, and her highest summit thus far is Mt. Kilimanjaro at 19,341 feet!
Dr. Dolan has received several awards in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery and has been active in advocacy and leadership roles within the field. She has lectured on a breadth of topics including management of difficult airways, infections, and obstructive sleep apnea. She has also authored many publications and chapters. Dr. Dolan prioritizes empathy, communication, and tailoring each treatment plan to a patient’s specific wishes.
